My Health Engineer

The My Health Engineer app

You already know what to do. What you have never had is a way back in after the week that goes wrong.

My Health Engineer is a membership app for adults rebuilding their health. It reads the week you actually logged and tells you the one thing to change next, including the weeks that fall apart.

01Why it works this way

Most plans do not fail on the diet. They fail on a Tuesday.

The week gets loud, sleep gets short, and a plan that quietly assumed a calm week has nothing to say about the week you actually had.

Your body runs as one system. Sleep, stress, movement, hydration and nutrition all pull on each other, so going hard at one while the other four slide gives you a plan that holds right up until a real week tests it. Short sleep and a heavy stress load change how hungry you feel and how much energy you have to spend, which is why a nutrition plan built on its own keeps coming apart in the same place. That is a design gap in the plan, not a verdict on you.

Engineers call the thing holding a system back the limiting factor. Find it, change that one part, then measure again. My Health Engineer is that loop built into an app. You log your week, the app reads what you logged, and it names the one thing worth changing next with the reason it picked it.

The clinical programs run the same loop inside tighter walls. They are built to work alongside the clinician you already have, never instead of them. Nothing here diagnoses anything and nothing here touches your medication.

02What is inside

Six things you will use every week.

Nine programs

One membership opens all nine.

Keto, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Lean Bulk and Recomp, Maintenance, Cardiometabolic, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. You start on the one that matches the reason you joined.

The day fat loss turns into maintenance, or the numbers your GP is watching become the priority, you move across without buying anything again.

  • The clinical programs run alongside your clinician, never instead
  • Switching keeps your history, your logs and your progress

How much to eat

Your figures, recalculated as your body changes.

Your calories and macros are worked out from your body, your activity and the phase your program is in, against hard safety floors. Not from a generic table.

As your body changes the app shows you the updated figure rather than holding you to the one you started with.

Food, planned

Hundreds of recipes, matched to the program you are on.

Every recipe is tagged with the programs it fits, so the library you browse is already filtered to what works for the plan you are running.

Fill a week from it, swap any meal you do not fancy, and the shopping list and freezer stock follow what you changed.

  • Metric and imperial, both
  • The shopping list follows the plan, not the other way round

The food diary

Log it however it actually happened.

Our recipes, your own foods, a single ingredient, or a quick manual entry when you are out. Photos on any entry.

Your day shows against your plan as you go, so you are never guessing where you stand at nine in the evening.

The weekly report

One change a week, and the reason it picked that one.

Every week the app reads what you logged: food, sleep, movement, water, stress. It picks the one thing worth changing next week and tells you why it picked it.

It is software, not a person, and that is the point. Software can read every week you log, all year. A bad week is an input to it rather than a verdict on you.

  • The week that fell apart is data, not a failure
  • Nothing resets, and you never go back to week one

The community

The person who built it is in the comments.

The My Health Engineer community on Skool is free and open to anyone. Post your week, ask your question, and Keith answers as many as he can.

Premium membership is what opens the app. The community stays free either way, so you can see the shape of the thing before you decide anything.

Also inside

The rest of what membership opens.

The training builder
A resistance plan built from your days and your equipment, scaled to your experience. Built for the training-centred programs first, so Muscle Gain and Lean Bulk at launch.
The follow-along workout library
Press play, follow the timer, and the session logs itself.
The knowledge library
The why under every step: sleep, stress, deficiencies, and the mechanism behind the program you are running.
The habit ladder
Movement and hydration targets introduced in order, one at a time, so no single week is asked to carry everything.
The progress dashboard
Waist, measurements, strength tests and photos alongside the metric your program actually moves, so progress stays visible when the scale stalls.
The supplement guides
What is worth taking and what is not, split into load-bearing and optional, with plain-language cautions. Keto at launch, then program by program.

That is the whole app, and one membership opens all of it.

03A year inside

What the first year actually looks like.

  1. Where you start

You pick the program that matches the reason you joined and answer the setup questions once. The engine returns your calories, your macros and your targets, worked out from your body, your activity and your program phase rather than from a generic table. There is no hour of configuration before you begin.

  2. What week one asks

Log what you eat, how you slept, how you moved, what you drank. That is it. Week one is a measurement week rather than an overhaul, because the app cannot find your limiting factor until it can see the shape of a normal week for you.

  3. What the app does with it

At the end of the week the app reads everything you logged and picks the one thing worth changing next, and it tells you why that one. It is software rather than a person, which is deliberate: software turns up every week of the year and reads a bad week the same way it reads a good one.

  4. The week that goes wrong

It will. A trip, a deadline, a sick child, a stretch of bad sleep. Here is the part that is different. The next report treats that week as data rather than as a failure, and it names your way back in from where you actually are. You do not restart the program and you do not go back to week one. Nothing resets and nothing scolds you.

  5. When the goal changes

One membership opens all nine programs, so the day fat loss turns into maintenance, or the numbers your GP is watching become the priority, you move across without buying anything again.

04Who built this

Keith is an engineer. Energy systems first, then biomedical.

He went back for a Master's in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition after years of reading health advice that told people what to do and never why. He wrote the From Resistance to Resilience books for the same reason.

My Health Engineer is that approach built into an app. Look at the whole system, find the part that is limiting you, and change that one first.

Not a doctor, and not a substitute for one. Everything here is built to work alongside your clinician.

05What it is worth

Every line priced the way you would have to buy it separately.

Each figure below is the low end of what the same thing costs elsewhere, so if you check any line against the market you will find this understating rather than inflating.

  • The Nine-Program Membership

    $100+

Keto, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Lean Bulk and Recomp, Maintenance, Cardiometabolic, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol. One membership, every program, move between them without buying again

  • How Much to Eat

    $60+

Worked out from your body, from what you do all week and from where you are in your program, with floors it never takes you below. When your body changes, the number changes with it

  • The MHE Recipe Library

    $40+

Hundreds of recipes, each matched to the programs it fits, with meal swapping and shopping lists built in

  • The Food Diary

  • The Supplement Guides

    $10+

What is worth taking and what is not, split into load-bearing and optional, with plain-language cautions. Built out program by program, keto first

  • The Weekly Coaching Report

    $150+

Every week the app reads what you logged: food, sleep, movement, water, stress. It picks the one thing worth changing next week and tells you why it picked it. Software, not a person, on purpose. It turns up every week of the year, and it reads a bad week the same way it reads a good one

Product value in year one

$610+

Founding membership: $187 for your first year.

Founding rate for the launch window. Standard year after: $497. Monthly is $47. Every line above is something you can price separately and check for yourself.

All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on your country.

Twelve weeks with a 1:1 nutrition coach runs from about $360 at the entry tier to $1,800 at the premium end, and it stops at week 12. The weekly report reads your actual logged week, every week, all year, and names the one thing worth changing next. It is software, not a person, and that is deliberate: software turns up every week of the year and reads a bad week the same way it reads a good one. That is why a full year of membership costs less than one month of top-tier coaching.

07Questions

The questions that come up.

Who is this for?

Adults rebuilding their health who have done this before and watched it come apart during a normal busy week. You probably already know most of what to do. What has been missing is something that names what to do next when the week goes sideways, and a way back in that does not mean starting from zero.

Who is this not for?

If you want someone to do it for you, this is not it. There is no 1:1 coach in the membership and the programs are self-serve with a community around them. It is also the wrong fit for anyone chasing a 30-day transformation who does not want to touch sleep, stress or their environment, and for competitive athletes who need contest or peak-performance programming.

Do I get a coach?

No. There is no 1:1 coach in the membership and nobody is reading your logs by hand. The weekly coaching report is software: it reads what you logged that week and picks the one thing worth changing next, with the reason it picked it. That is deliberate, because software turns up every week of the year and a person at this price cannot.

Does the founding rate last forever?

No. Founding rate for the launch window. Standard year after: $497. Your first year is $187 and the renewal is at whatever the standard annual price is then, which is $497 today. Nothing about the founding rate is permanent and no page here will tell you otherwise.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel and get your money back in full. That is your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, not a promotion, and it applies to monthly and annual alike.

Do I have to pick one program?

No. One membership opens all nine and you move between them without buying again. Most people start on the program that matches the reason they joined and switch when the goal changes.

I am on medication, or my GP is watching my numbers. Can I use this?

Yes, alongside your clinician and never instead of them. The clinical programs are built to complement the care you are already getting. Nothing here diagnoses anything and nothing here touches your medication. If what you are dealing with needs medical supervision, that is your doctor's job, and this is education and structure.

I have started things like this before and stopped. Why would this be different?

Because this one expects the bad week. Every plan you have tried was built for the calm weeks and went silent on the others, so the first missed day read as the end of the attempt. Here, the week you had is the input. The report reads it and names your way back in from where you are, and nothing about your program resets.

You are not the problem, and you are not starting over.

You are putting a plan underneath the thing you already know how to do, and the plan is built to expect the week that goes wrong. Pick one program, log one week, and let the report name the one thing worth changing next. $187 for your first year, $497 as standard after. All prices exclude VAT, and you have 14 days to change your mind.
